It is hoped that you will be alright.
Today I want to draw your some attention towards the developments of Muslims of Bihar and services of Imarat Shariah for this year. You might be knowing that as per government data the population of Muslims in Bihar is 16.5%. As per census report of 2001 the ratio of higher education is 38% and even today 20 lacs children are deprived of basic education. Their economic condition is such that 7.6% are in services and 19.1% in business and other are engaged in pretty source of livelihood. The vast population is of such people who does not own any land to construct their own house and most people pass their lives on loan with interest.
Under such situation this is our duty to devote our time and spend money to improve the condition. The following services were rendered by the Imarat Shariah in the field of education this year:-

Continued efforts are being made to make better and standardized teaching of 200 Madaris –e-Deeniya through Wafaqul Madaris. The annual examination of these students are held at one centre and the education standard is also monitored.
Monthly scholarships to the children getting education, financial assistance to beggars and widows, assistance to Madarise Islamia and financial assistance are granted for the marriage of poor girls by the Baitulmal, Imarat Shariah

Continued efforts are being made through Imarat Shariah Educational & Welfare Trust for spreading technical education amongh Muslims. As a result of these efforts Imarat Shariah has by now established eight Technical Institutions in the states of Bihar and Orissa so that Muslim youths may get better employment. Those eight Institutions are as follows:-

Teaching and training are being imparted in these eight institutes run by the Imarat Shariah Educational & Welfare Trust in 1) Electronics, 2) Draughtsman Civil, 3) Electrician, 4) Refrigeration/Airconditioning, 5) Fitter, 6) Plumber, 7) Computer Operator &Programming Assistant, 8) Welder, 9) Tailoring & Cutting, 10) Instrument Mechanic., 11) DCA, 12) PGCDA, 13) BCA, 14) Pathology, 15) X-ray Technician and 16) Physiotherapy trades. Preparation and efforts are being made to start teaching of some more trades.
For the first time in history
This also happened for the first time in history that Imarat Shariah has established eight Technical Institutes 1059 students are studying this year in them out of which majority belongs to poor family and orphanage. They are in such a bad financial condition that they even can not deposit their course fee. It is necessary that you should take interest to deposit course fee on behalf of such students. Help them by donating in scholarship fund. It is a great source of earning happiness of His Almighty by helping these students out of Zakat, Sadquat amount. Help them from Rs. 2000-00 to Rs. 5000-00 It will not be out of place to mention here that it will be such students deserve amount out of Zakat.
Six new Institutes
Do you think that the Institutes established in Bihar, Orissa and Jharkhand are sufficient for Muslim youths for technical training. Not at all. There should at least be not only one but so many such institutes in each district of all the three states so that educational revolution is achieved and Muslim youths step in the field armed with education, character, behaviour and courtesy and engage themselves in the service of the country and community.
Under the circumstances the high ups in the ImaratShariah were forced to establish technical institutes in expeditious way and to arm the youths of the community with technical education. In this background five technical Institutes in 5 new places of Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa are standard High School are proposed to be established. Land for all the five technical Institutes have been made available:
This my fervent appeal to the sympathysers of the community that they should come forward for the construction of technical Institutes to raise the community higher and donate in this fund at least one thousand from your won behalf and more what you may afford in this month of Ramzan. Along with your wealth sacrifice some valuable time to convince your friends and persons of charity to bring them also in this noble work so that the construction work of these five institutions may start just after Ramzan. No doubt they is no dearth of any thing in the treasury of God. He gives according to our efforts and begging and I also have expectation from you. It is blessing of God.
