The publication of Islamic literature containing basic Islamic knowledge, Shariat laws and other moral boosting books, booklets etc. to bring awakening among the Muslims and non-Muslims in different languages is done through this wing. Translation of Islamic books and literatures are also done in different languages. Besides a weekly journal called NAQEEB is also being regularly published through which different articles of the scholars and messages of Imarat Shariah are conveyed to the Muslims of Bihar & Orissa. It also deals with the social and political events valuable comments and sincere guidance as to what should be done by the Muslims in a particular circumstance. Virtually the ideology, messages and achievements of different organs of Imarat Shariah are made known to the common mass through this journal.
